N1 Soppressata – pork salami flavoured with a selection of sweet medium-heat chillies and Hungarian Paprika
Coppa – three month aged, marbled pork collar spiced with juniper, black pepper, nutmeg & clove
Bresola – beef cured with peppers & herbs, washed in red wine
Fennel & Garlic Salami – pork salami with fennel seed, rosemary & pepper, rounded out with a splash of red wine
